Pineapple Salsa  

1 whole pineapple, chopped
(or 4 cups crushed canned pineapple)
2 papayas, chopped
1 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced cilantro
1 tbls. lime or lemon juice
1 teasp. cumin
1 tbls. chili paste
1 small dried red pepper, crushed

Combine all ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

Excellent with grilled meats or as a dip with corn chips.
