Luau Spareribs

 

 

 

 

Sauce:
2 jars “junior” peaches
1/3 cup catsup
2 T soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

Put ribs in foil-lined baking pan and bake 15 minutes at 450°. Drain fat.

Pour ¾ sauce over ribs and bake 1 hour at 350°.

Pour remaining sauce over ribs and bake ½ hour longer.
