Pumpkin Bread, big batch  

4 cups sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup Wesson oil
3-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
5 cups flour
4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups raisins
2 cups chopped walnuts

Combine sugar, eggs, oil and pumpkin. Mix well. Add flour, soda and spice and stir carefully until just blended. Add raisins and walnuts.

Divide into 3 or 4 bread loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Approx. 1 hour.
