Peppy’s Mississippi Mud Cake  
1 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
dash salt
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 -2 cups miniature marshmallows


Frosting
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 cup + 4 T. cocoa
1/4 cup butter
1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
Beat until smooth. Spread on cake.

Grease 9 x 12 pan. Melt butter and cocoa together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 34-45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows.
