Sheri's Mexican Mac and Cheese  
1 box Kraft mac & cheese
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup milk
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
2 Tbsp canned diced green chilis
4 Tbsp salsa
2 sliced green onions

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Add cheese packet, olive oil and milk and stir. Add black beans and stir. Add  tomatoes, chilis and salsa and stir. Sprinkle green onions over the top and serve. Makes 3 hearty servings or 4 smaller servings.
