Bourbon Hot Dogs  

2 lbs. hot dogs (any kind)
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Bourbon whiskey

Cut the hot dogs into bite-sized pieces and place in a skillet. Add the ketchup, brown sugar and onion, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add the Bourbon and simmer uncovered until mixture begins to bubble.

Remove and serve warm as an appetizer.
