Garlic Guacamole!  


2 avocados, mashed with fork
2 limes, juiced
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 small tomato, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced very fine
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sour cream

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients with a fork, except the sour cream. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Whisk in the sour cream. Serve with chips or use as garnish with your favorite Mexican entrée.
